CloudFlow Analytics Terms of Service

Important: Please read these terms carefully before using our cloud computing platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Agreement

CloudFlow Analytics provides intelligent cloud computing services, infrastructure management, and analytics platforms. These terms govern your use of our cloud services and related technologies.

Service Levels

  • Basic Cloud: Standard cloud infrastructure with 99.5% uptime
  • Professional Cloud: Enhanced services with 99.9% uptime guarantee
  • Enterprise Cloud: Premium infrastructure with 99.99% uptime SLA
  • Dedicated Cloud: Custom cloud solutions with dedicated resources

2. Account Registration

To access our cloud services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Service Usage

Our cloud platform is designed for legitimate business and personal use. You agree to use our services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your data remains your property, and we provide tools for backup, encryption, and access control.

5. Service Availability

6. Pricing and Billing

Pricing is based on resource usage and service tier. Billing occurs monthly, and payment is required to maintain service access. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

7. Support Services

Technical support is available through our help center, documentation, and direct contact channels. Support levels vary by service tier.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination, you have 30 days to retrieve your data before permanent deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

CloudFlow Analytics' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
